BOOKING AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE FOR A PRODUCTION

Our mission is to make your time using an EV a good experience, so we find that a good old fashion chat about your requirements, and what we can offer you, is really beneficial. Hectic lives don’t always allow for that, which we totally understand so we can contact you via email if you’d prefer.
We also offer an online booking system via our sister site Specialist Vehicle Hire, which you can use to place and manage bookings online.
BOOKING DATES
It’s inevitable that plans change, and sometimes at the last minute. When available we allow our vehicles to be booked on a TBA or flexible basis, meaning if your production overruns or dates change we will have you covered. Ideally, we’d like at least 14 days prior notice of a hire starting but can provide vehicles the same day in certain situations. Our standard cancellation terms can be found here, although some larger orders may require different terms, for example, if we had to source additional vehicles for a particular order. These terms would be discussed prior to your order being placed.
DeLIVERY & COLLECTION
Delivery and Collection is available anywhere in the UK from our base in Portsmouth and have delivered EV’s as far and wide as Northern Ireland and Scotland. Our vehicles are always driven to/from the destination, keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible, with our drivers using the rail network to return back. All our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned prior to leaving our premises and will be sanitised with a dedicated automotive disinfectant upon delivery. We operate a touchless checking system, which records the vehicle condition (with photo evidence) via a mobile device. A report is then emailed to you for your records.
PRICING
We can offer bespoke pricing based on your requirements, length of hire and location. A general rule in the hire industry is the longer the hire term the lower the price will be. We also restructure our pricing on bulk orders of 3 or more vehicles.
INSURANCE
Insurance cover can be included with all vehicles with the exception of Tesla’s. We also accept the use of Clients Own Insurance policies, as in certain situations the nature of checking licenses and the number of drivers make the use of our insurance impractical. Our team are happy to discuss insurance requirements with you further, but generally, our terms are:

TESLA’S ARE CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE ON CLIENT’S OWN INSURANCE
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via:
Bank Transfer | An Invoice can be emailed to you with our details for payment
Online Card Payment | Via our payment gateway provider Stripe. Invoices are emailed, with a secure payment link.
Credit Account | If you’d like to apply for a credit account you can do so via this link. Payment terms are 14 days.
